Completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. While Nomfe has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, you’re able to request a refund if there’s an issue with your order. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in some scenarios will require the seller’s approval.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com with “Issue with order #_________” in the subject line, your order number, and a description of the issue in the email so that we can help resolve the issue swiftly.
